Planning in Careware An extensive planning module is a standard component of Careware. Basically, the planner makes the planning, but is supported by intelligent applications. The planner has information about such matters as the current workload and the availability of staff. If an indication has been discontinued or a client is no longer receiving care, the planning board will show this immediately. This prevents planning on invalid indications. In addition, the planning board indicates whether competencies and products match and shows the use of indications (clients) or contractual hours (staff). Do you need more? As an optional function, helpLine provides an automated planning system that arranges planned routes in the optimal order or that has the 'computer' suggest an entire planning. A planning is generated automatically based on the workload and the available employees, taking into account the requirements and wishes of clients and staff. |
