"I joined MCH+ in 2006. I also started as a graduation project student. After my graduation, I started as a junior developer. I am now team lead development and responsible for the technical composition and structure of MCH+ products. My work is very diverse. More and more often, I assist junior developers with software development, but I am also involved in the substance, which makes it hectic sometimes. The team process, i.e. that we as a team deliver good work to a client, gives me a great sense of satisfaction. I also largely determine the technological basis and structures for new developments. A lot depends on this, which makes it exciting and challenging."
