"I have been working at MCH+ since early 2007. I have final responsibility for the design of Careware+ and help to determine the functions that are implemented into and developed in different versions. For this purpose, I have developed my own system to define and document the functions. It is hard work to describe an application properly before even a single bit has been programmed, but it pays off tenfold in the end. For me, developing a good ICT system that really helps users with their problems is one of the best things in the world. I studied Industrial Design, which is also useful in this connection. Keeping abreast of the end-users’ wishes is important in this regard, which is why I also head a number of Careware+ 4.0 implementation projects, from which I take away ideas and inspiration for improvements and new functions."
