Organization
helpLine was formed in 2002 for the purpose of providing mobile support and other tools for healthcare providers using smart ICT solutions. helpLine is a pioneer of online and real-time planning and working in the healthcare industry. Working more efficiently and effectively is good not only for healthcare organizations, but also particularly for their clients and the staff themselves. The systems developed by helpLine help empower healthcare providers: never before have healthcare providers had the use of so many functions as are offered by Careware from helpLine.

In recent years, helpLine has increasingly been targeting other market segments besides the healthcare industry, such as direct sales and service engineers.

Management
Hereward Burgers (1972) is director and co-founder of helpLine B.V. (former MCH+). Previously he worked at Willems & van den Wildenberg as a new business development adviser for the technology sector. In that job, he learned a great deal about healthcare and the healthcare market in the Netherlands, about mobile Internet technology and about software development. Hereward has a degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology.

Roderick Schipper (1972) works as technical manager at helpLine. Previous experience includes a position as manager at Accenture and involvement as an entrepreneur in Yuca Media and Reef Management International. Roderick studied Mining Engineering at Delft University of Technology.
